Went to zales to purchase an engagement ring for my soon to be fiancé and didn't make it back in time before the store closed. When I returned the next day a different worker informed me that the sale had ended and was giving me pretty much the cold shoulder as If she didn’t believe I could afford the ring we were discussing. I decided not to purchase that day and informed her to let Mrs. Mary know to call me once she returned. Mrs Mary called me yesterday (10.25) letting me know the ring I wanted was on sale and she would sit it to the side for me. I returned today (10.26) and purchased the ring with Mrs. Mary’s help and I love it. You don’t find too many people like Mrs. Mary in customer service anymore she didn’t judge based on appearance she listened and did whatever she could to assist me. I am extremely grateful for her help.

Maryam helped me out so much with a damages ear ring being replaced. Then she helped me with finding some beautiful sterling earrings as well. She was very patient and explained my JPP warranty for my damaged earrings.
